If you need your order by a specific date (e.g., for a gift or a special occasion), please allow extra time for delivery. We are working hard to ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Timeframes
Asia: 5–10 business days.
North America and Europe: 7–15 business days.
Other regions: 10–20 business days.

Shipping Costs are calculated based on the parcel’s weight and destination country. Accurate rates will be displayed at checkout.
Customs Duties and Taxes. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.
Tracking Information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s status through the Korea Post website or the local postal service in the destination country.
Returns and Exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact info@craftmakerz.com within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange a return or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or shipped in error.
UPS:
UPS provides delivery services to more than 220 countries and territories worldwide.
We offer the following international shipping services:
UPS Worldwide Express Plus® for delivery within 1-3 business days by 8:00 a.m.,
UPS Worldwide Express® for delivery within 1-3 business days by 10:30 a.m. or noon,
UPS Worldwide Express Saver® for delivery within 1-3 business days by the end of the day,
UPS Worldwide Expedited® for delivery within 3-5 business days by the end of the day.
The availability and delivery times of these services depend on the destination country and customs procedures.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, dimensions, destination country, and selected shipping method.
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, including import duties and VAT, as imposed by the destination country.
For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments, we handle all customs duties and taxes upfront, ensuring no additional charges for the recipient.
For DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipments, the recipient is responsible for these fees upon delivery.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. This processing time does not include transit, which depends on the selected shipping service.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time on the UPS Tracking Page. While UPS aims for timely delivery, delays due to customs, weather, or other circumstances may occur. If your shipment is delayed or lost, contact UPS support directly for assistance.
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.
